Motorola xts5000 800mhz on wipsn

Hi all. Im in city of Racine. Just got my xts5k programmed to WIPSN Milwaukee county fire depts and it says out of range. Is there a way to make it come in better? I mightve missed something in programming. I have the system ID and stuff. I cant afford anything else uniden at this time. It's a p25 phase 1 simulcast system. Can anyone message me on here and help me please? Im just using it as a scanner. TIA

Umm...OOR means it's trying to register on the system (as in transmitting). I'm "assuming" you aren't authorized on the system, correct?

Well no. And after you telling me that and reading a few threads i didnt see before, i will sell this radio. I didnt realize that. I apologize. And thank you for letting me know. I will need to save up for a Unication pager or Uniden sds100. Which device would you recommend more?

SLATER Radio Unit IDs

Hi. Does anyone have a south & north st louis cnty radio ids? Monarch 2247 and 2245 to be exact. The dec ID to make my unication G4 pager to say Med 2247 and Quint 2245 when i program it to say that? Or where i can find the page to list them? TIA
