MPD is organized by districts (1-7, 101-707) and corresponding talk groups. I often lock out all the talkgroups but the few that pertain to the district that I am located in.

Is there a way to do the same with FD? Currently, I am stuck listening to all quadrants of DC (i.e., NE, SE, NW, SW) when I am particularly interested in just the one that I am located in. Have I missed something obvious in the arrangement of the FD talkgroups?

Thanks.

No, from what I can tell the FD dispatches everything on their primary
dispatch TG, and from there assign to one of the "zero x" or "a x"
fireground or EMS TG's without regard to location. I'm not 100% sure
of this though since I don't monitor DCFD/EMS that much - I just haven't
noticed a pattern.

Fire talkgroups are used city wide. EMS talkgroup 0-11 is for incidents east of the capitol, 0-12 is for west of the capitol.
