There must be a reason you used the word “live”. Can you be more specific?
I guess I could have been more specific, "live" as in a control channel transmitting a data stream that was broadcasting site number, associated frequencies, NAC, and neighboring site info.
Not "live" as in a functioning system.
Even though its still in testing phase, its finally showing some long awaited progress.

Reason I'm asking is that it's been showing up as a neighbor to 701 since at least the beginning of November, however, I've never seen a signal. I'm guessing it needs to be designated in the network before the RF.
WRJC391 - WRJC397 has some interesting information attached. I didn't look through all of the licenses. There are more listed in the letter below.
It's supposed to be 100% encrypted according to past discussions here on RR.

Oakland county user's are supposed to be Encrypted but MSP MDOT ECT non County Municiple EMS will still be in the clear .
I am not hearing it down here in Washtenaw County. Is the site still on their transmitting a data channel on 860.7625 MHz?

I was getting Pontiac Tower in Auburn Hills ive got the whole state put in favorite's and avoid. all towers but Pontiac didnt have much time to monitor so only was getting outside Oakland co stuff

Not yet, distribution appears to be in a month or two. Depts need to do training on it for a while and until all dispatch centers move, it prob won't be official till then.
I've been watching it all day. Added a few new 700 MHZ voice freqs (submitted). Testing a lot of new TGs both clear and encrypted. Hopefully the new clear TGs will be assigned to fire departments.
I have noticed a second control channel on 855.6625 MHz, is this a P25 TDMA control channel?
