Anyone have an update on the radio id logic on the MPSCS?

Seems somethings have changed, for example Detroit fire. 7042596 is Engine 35 portable
but according to that detroit section 704 should be a CID radio, yet iv got a good 100 or so 704 radios on the detroit fire dispatch channel and 705 radios
701 seems to be mostly EMS
but see a bunch of 701 on the transit ops too aswell as detroit fire dispatch
702/703 seem to be police
704/705 lower numbers are mainly fire but am seeing some police, ems and transit talkgroups there too and the higher end is mostly police. So figure perhaps someone has an updated scheme for not just detroit but the entire state
