MRC Systems

I have been following the MRC Brantford site for activity, and came up with this finding .
It's showing voice call activity, but nothing is heard, and no frequency appears just a channel ID
I tried the LCN finder, but was unable to come up with a frequency other than the control channel

I have 422.7875 as 8189. Doing math says that 422.6875 may be the missing frequency. Also the even LCN tells us that it is using slot 2 not the normal slot 1 on that frequency.

If anyone in the Wellington County area can identify these three MRC talkgroups, it would be appreciated.

• 4001
• 8001

They were submitted without descriptors

I think 4001 is a Public Works channel, I just cant figure out where exactly yet.
I am also hearing 20003 recently and I think it is an Multi dept. fire channel.

I also have 9003 and 24001 unidentified in my logs.

I don't think I have heard those yet. I am right under site 7. I have started a ingest node on Broadcastify and I am adding the extra talkgroups as I find them.

My go to site is Site 10 - Brisbane. Typically, I will only monitor MRC Systems during severe weather. I will pay more attention to it from now on.

It's mostly Public Works around here, but in the winter I could hear the Roads guys reporting road and weather conditions every morning, it was nice. Every now and then the Minto and Mount Forest Fire Department, but it seems calm right now.
Once I get a better antenna outside, I should be able to get a lot more.
