451.3875 CC1

I am seeing a sporadic signal on 451.3875. Looking at TAFL shows it as Fanshawe College. I am 200 kms away from that location. The screen shot I posted shows what is in my Canada folder for the database in FMP24. It is showing RF Wireless at BMO Field. This got me thinking if I am picking up early activity for FIFA. 451.4125 is also associated with this frequency, but nothing heard.
Why I am skeptical that it is BMO is that DSD Plus shows it as DMR MS. I will continue monitoring talkgroup 435 to see if I can figure this out.

Fanshawe is DCC:3 on that frequency, and the group ID's should be 100, 200, 300 etc.... So I'm reasonably confident it's not them.

I wouldn't think I would pick up London from TO. I'm trying to determine where it is from between NW Toronto area to BMO Field, a distance of about 15kms.

It is definitely construction oriented on tg 435, sounding like crane ops. Another possibility is the Microsoft data centre at 48 Lowes Place (Islington & 401) but that frequency is not listed. TAFL Search Results. Close by enough to me to hear mobile (DMR MS)
Could be rentals from RF Wireless for construction.
