Recently got my hands on a old RS Pro-2096 and trying to see if I can get MSCommNet on it. I did one bandplan as 150, 160, 170 with 12.5khz on arc96 but not having any luck.

I know or remember very little about old rebanding but maybe something in this post? I assume you can receive the control channel clearly.

The post says there was an example file attached but I did not see it, but step 2.5 was mentioned instead of 12.5. Not sure if this makes a difference ..wish I could be of more help.

How do I progam my PRO 2096 for freq for the new State Police 151.3925 for my area. What is the spacing and the offset . I think the spacing is 6.25
Change the spacing to 7.5 KHz from 12.5 KHz. (VHF Channels are 7.5 KHz spaced apart.)
12.5 KHz is used for 800MHz.
