MSCommNet Non-Affiliated trunking

I have a Harris XG100p and I did non-affiliate trunking but for some reason I'm only getting half of the traffic. For example, dispatch will talk to a trooper and I can only hear dispatch or vice versa sometimes. Kind of stuck not sure what to do.

IDEN table may be wrong. Post up some screen shots. Could also depend on what site you are locked on to.
