Just checked it and looks like a bunch of 700mhz Freqs. got added

Statewide 700 MHz Itinerant/Interoperability

will that be for a new system down the road?

That is a good question. I have heard that the state of Missouri wants to implement a UHF TRS for statewide interoperability, but they may follow what Illinois has done with their Starcom 21 TRS. This would mean that Motorola would construct and operate the network, but all the users would lease airtime from them. However, no firm agreement has been put forth either way as of this time.

Nonetheless, all of these new 700 MHz frequencies could be a harbinger of things to come.

I was just at the State Interoperability Executive Committee today, and unless I am mistaken those are for the new 700 Interop Channels. MSHP will hold the licenses for mobiles, portables, and FBT (Temporary Fixed Base) stations. For permanent bases, each entity will have to hold their own license.

Even though you can't see the last number, it does work on the 6.25khz spacing in the 700 Mhz band.
