I have not been hearing MSP Belair (TGID 10651) on CMARC. I've checked the change log and no mention of it being dropped or changed.

Can anyone provide any info?

Thank you.

I know they are the First system and think it's there primary radio system, as I hear then on the G4/G5, plus 996p2 scanner

Are you sure they arn't encrypted on CMARC and your scanner is bypassing it. All law enforcement on CMARC recently switched on encryption.

I'm receiving 4 MSP barracks (D, F, M & S) on the FIRST Cecil Simulcast and Cecilton ASR sites.

The CMARC listing does not show the MSP TGID as encrypted and has been working until very recently. I receive all other unencrypted Harford TGIDs no problem. I have reviewed my programming, but not changed anything. This is the same for all my Gs, not just one unit.

Perhaps the state police no longer need their tg on the Harford / CMARC system, and / or Harford subscribers can communicate directly on FIRST state police tgs without the need for a crosslink.

Hi Harford County went encrypted on all their LE Channels a few weeks ago.

In another post you mention Maryland First, which is it? CMARC or First?

You maybe able to Monitor MSP Bel Air on the Cecil Simulcast, however you may not hear it on the Cecilton ASR

From today @ 3:22PM:

I am receiving these TGIDs on both Cecil Simulcast AND the Cecilton ASR.

If MSP Belair is now encrypted or has been removed (as suggested by maus92), then perhaps the CMARC listing could be updated by the DB Admin.

Just ran Unitrunker on CMARC Harford Site. While hearing MSP Bel Air on FiRST there was no activity on the talkgroup on CMARC. There was also no activity at all (clear or encrypted) on CMARC on any other unknown talkgroup at the time.

As of now the patch is down (unknown if temporary or permanent).

The clear patch is permanently down.
