Correcting my post a little. Actually one motorcycle with passenger. 1 in custody. Bike is being impounded of course.

Did they say what the reason for the stop was ?

Speeding and eluding. And the great thing is they were stopped by Police motorcyle blocking a ramp. So they just happened to meet up with him.
