I submitted this net to the database. I'm not sure where it'll wind up but probably under the Correctional section. The full list of participants:

I'd bet this net is tied into the warning system of sirens for the Jessup area residents to be notified when a prison escape/break happens. I seem to remember reading that the last time it happened, the sirens didn't sound for an hour or two after the escape was made.

Reception of this net was the best I've ever heard it last night. The only thing I can add is that right after the roll call at 00:07, I heard the same guy doing a roll call, using the same name - Patuxent Control - on the 153.905 prison net beginning at 00:20. This is the first time I've heard them identify themselves as "Patuxent Control." Normally, they just start their roll call with the control unit announcing they were about to begin a roll of all shift personnel. The roll call on 153.905 takes quite a while since there are so many guard control points. I'm still not sure if it is only for Patuxent or for the complex of Jessup prisons. On 153.905 you hear both control and the various guard posts and on 158.97 you just hear the controller.
