MSP in AA/ Ypsi

Hello again. I'm still optimizing programming of my "vintage" 996T since relocating to Ypsi in August. Could someone advise what TG's are most likely to carry "local" MSP traffic? What I have programmed seems to mostly carry traffic north and east of A2/Ypsi.

I believe MSP in Washtenaw County is dispatched by Washtenaw County Dispatch on their west channel 12303.

They may also use Metro Lien channel to run suspect information.

Washtenaw County is in District 1 and the best ones to listen to there are the two dispatch talkgroups, 1040 (North) and 1041 (South). The rest aren't used much any more, but you could put them in anyway and see what your hear: 1042 is LEIN, 1001 is Emergency All Call, 1204 is post-to-post, 1006 and 1008 are district-wide tactical, and 1200 and 1051 are Post 12 (Livingston and Washtenaw Counties).

I was told by an inside source that all MSP units in Washtenaw County are dispatched by the county on 81COM which is 2164 so make sure and add that one in.

Thank you all for your input; I appreciate it. As it happens, I have all of those TG's programmed thanks to my original benefactor who replied to my first request for info when I relocated. I guess there just hasn't been much going on when I've been monitoring...

As bprevost pointed out. They are dispatched on the 81WEST talkgroup no matter where they are in the county. 12XX units.
