MSP manhunt in AA county

Looks like MSP had their hands full with a manhunt this afternoon. They were using the little-used freq of 39.56 (no PL, according to my 895) for a lot of comms. Seems HQ was having lots of problems talking to the Trooper helos, and the field units were having problems with 39.56. So much for modern communications....
