153.290, 153.395,153.440,153.500 it is a LTR system anybody in Whatcom County ever listen to this system?

Mt. Baker ski area

I listen to these relativly new frequences .
They are for ski patrols and maintenance people.
I would like to be able to call my ski patrol friend, using my yagi 2m antenna, to find about visibility.
I thought they were using a repeater system.
Not familiar with LTR.
