MTO programming for my Bearcat 250 d with apco 25 card|????

I have the digital bearcat 250 d with card installed. I wish to program to hear the Ministry of Transportation. Can someone tell me what I punch in on my scanner to set this up? Frequencies? Can someone help????

The RR Database indicates two systems for Niagara are out of service but these for Niagara Falls are apparently in service.

Niagara Falls 141.5250 142.0950* 142.2000 142.3050 142.9500*

Settings are:
Base: 141.015
Spacing: 15.0
Offset: 380

Hi Patrol1J, I live in Fort Erie Ont. and have a bc250d scanner to and I use ARC250PRO Software to program my scanner, if you need .mem files for the zone 1 or 2 let me know and I will send them along for you.
