This is a thread many can contribute to as it does not require special decoding software. The information can be read directly from the scanner display.
We all know that the MTO plows identify as "unit or Plow" xxxx as they enter/exit the yards. Once on the roads they are more informal calling each other by name. I kind of like that it makes monitoring more fun. This list was compiled by simply listening to the MTO TG (20xx) and writing down the RID and plow number when they say it. FYI The patrol supervisors can be easily logged by catching the 9pm road reports. The 201xxx rids all appear to be MTO yards, they can be generally assigned by seeing what plow calls in and what rid replies.
