Multiple Licences and Posting Data

I have a question regarding multiple licences. What happens when you have numerous licences for the same frequency? I am doing extensive research for posting to the website and want to know how to handle this. Can anyone advise?

Make sure they are up to date and that one hasnt expired and the other taken over and it was just never recorded.

Best thing you could always callthe contact assoiciated with the license if you can egt it and ask them directly whats up.

Its funny that you should mention that because one of the frequencies in question is the input frequency for our county fire dispatch. It appears that the licence for this frequency has expired two years ago!!

The license for Easgate Mall. (here is ohio. ) Expired two years ago too. They just are to lazy to reup. I have talked with the manager about it on many occasions ans she is aware of the reprecusions but says CBL (the parent company) doesnt care.

Yea, but in this case, the owner of the licence is a local government...

In response to how to handle multiple licenses for the same frequency. Submit the license that deals with the agency that you are submitting data for.

For example, say you are looking at a frequency which has wide use, lets say 155.3400 which is generally used in many places as EMS to Hospital communications. If you are submitting if for the hospital, find the hospital's license. If you are submitting it for a specific department, say the local FD, then use the license for the FD. If for example, as it is here in SD, most Hospitals/EMS units operate that frequency under the State License, see if you can find that.

The bottom line is common sense rules. If what you are submitting makes sense, then it probably is right. :lol:
