I'll admit I may be doing something wrong, but is the mute function supposed to mute a keypress? On my 436 it doesn't, on my SDS200, BCT15 and 536 it does. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

SDS200 audio is LAN
536 audio is WiFI
BCT15 is headphone jack
436 is headphone jack

The Mute speaker icon sends a VOL, 0 command to the scanner so see if the scanner shows VOL: 0

Thanks. That prompted me to dig deeper. I had the beep level hard set at 4, so it didn't change with the volume, setting it to auto makes it mute.
