Here it is everyone, the moment you've all been waiting for! My command Post!

On the radios - From top to bottom, a Pro-2026 Patrolman, Pro-2051, TRC-446 CB Radio, a Barecat210XL, on the right of that, a Pro-2030, and next to that is a Pro-97. On the shelf, a Standard Horizon Marine Radio, next to that is a Pro-95, and the other three are Motorola Jobcoms on 151.625MHz!

Does his sig line bother you? I don't see anything wrong with it.

Nice setup, pics are a bit fuzzy thought.

That's what you'll get with a camra phone. Especially that of a Nextel. Let's just say that Nex'y doesn't specialize in camra phones! Hehehe

His problem with the sig (and a pet peeve of mine) is that the sig takes up half my screen and I am on a 1280x1024 resolution. So at 1024x768 it must cover nearly the whole screen.

The problem is that when ones signiture is so ungainly long its an annoyance to read a forum in which the person with the long sig has posted many times.

Is it mean or nasty for him to put it there? No not at all. He is proud of what he has and damn ritefully so.
But is it annoying to see that same person put a one word reply and have to scroll his post past to get to the next one becuase the sig is so long.

For some it bothers. For some it doesnt. It only bothers me a tiny bit. And not enough to say anything to him. And no I am not saying anything to him right now. Just answering your question.

Now for some examples of unusually long sigs. http://s7.invisionfree.com/Pof_the_Golden_Flame/index.php?showtopic=4392

Scroll to the bottom of that post. I just went to invision free and went to the first forum I saw.

Now THAT is an annoyingly long signiture.

Its just a pet peeve of alot of people. As far as his. Its probably the longest on here. But interestingly its actually casued a discussion.

Turn the sigs off

This is OT for this forum, but remember that there is an option in your User CP (Edit Options>Thread Display Options) to hide all signatures, avatars, and images. If the sigs are that annoying to you, you don't have to see them.
