Why does everyone love the e815 so much? I previously had an e816 from AMP'd, which is very similar.

That charge port alone is a deal breaker on this phone, when I wake up and my phone is off and not charged my day is F'd even with all these other phones, I don't want clients getting those numbers.

To answer the "Why so many phones?" Question, I switched off of TracFone last year (the C139) but it has double minutes for life and service until sometime in 2011, so I just have it around as a spare.

The Boost i425e is the phone I switched to from Trac, my previous job used Nextel and it was useful to have the 2way.

I now have a new job that doesn't use Nextel, and they provide me with the e815 for work.

Since I no longer have any use for the two-way, and I don't want my employer looking at the records of my personal calls, I bought the RAZR on Verizon Prepaid, I also have this phone hacked to use free internet both on the phone and EVDO Tethering via USB or Bluetooth.

The Virgin Mobile MARBL I bought one day cause it was $8, pretty much all there is to that lol.

The Trac w175g was $9.99 and came with an accessory kit (Mini USB Home/Car charger and case), I basically just bought it to get that, and figured it couldn't hurt to have (another) spare prepaid around.

I'm also active on HowardForums.com which is a cell phone discussion forum, so trying different hacks and such on different phones is something of a hobby of mine.

Not to mention that I am a complete nutcase. :)

Kind of along the lines of what i was thinking. I see a 6 way wall splitter w/ what looks like 3 power strips plugged in to it. 2 of which are pictured and are fully loaded.

It's generally considered bad practice to split an outlet more than once.

As long as the total load doesn't exceed the branch circuit and each load to each power tap doesnt exceed it's rating everything should be fine.

If you don't have even a minimal understanding of electricity, you probably should not turn into Fire Marshal Bill in this thread. I could run the majority of this on a car battery without the car on. The number of devices is not a fire hazard, it is the current draw that is a concern. And in modern electrical systems, fuses blow and breakers trip before fires start.

If my house burns down, it will be because I got drunk and fell asleep with a cigarette in my hand, and even at that, I find all that ever seems to do is F up my rug/sheets/mattress/whore. If I had 151 instead of JD, this would be more of a concern...

Looks gross! Congrats! Maybe if you cleaned that **** up a little bit you could have rug/sheets/mattress/girlfriend to light on fire instead of rug/sheets/mattress/whore.

Renegade, I firmly believe you posted these pics with the sole intent of starting a flame thread.
There is NO WAY anyone could/would/should be proud of that mess. My garage is messy, but I get a lot of crap done, and I am a pack rat. That said, I would NEVER, EVER, post pics of it.

If you cleaned up that mess, and were not so proud of your lame drinking and smoking habits you might get some respect. Let me rephrase that, the smoking and drinking is not so bad in moderation, it's the bragging about it that's really lame.
Anyone who takes pride in keeping hard liquor bottles scattered out around has issues IMO.

How old are you? 21? 22?

Keep in mind that the whole room is probably on the same circuit, not just the one outlet. I'm sure all that doesn't exceed the circuit rating (probably a 15amp circuit, which is fairly standard for "general use" outlets), but we don't know what's plugged into the rest of the outlets.

Then we also have to consider which devices are turned on at any given time. I tend to doubt everything is always on, so that would cut down on the current draw.

Without actually sitting down and calculating it, I couldn't tell you what that all is pulling, but even if it's just a fraction of the rating, it could possibly be an issue when added to the other outlets on the same branch.

It shouldn't really matter what's plugged in where. If the combined load of all of the devices exceed the rating of the circuit the breaker should trip.

Looks to me as if the OP is genuinely having a good time while scanning! Advil + JD and some other mixed drinks = PARTAY!!!
The only concern I have is with smoking around the PCs, it really gunks up the inside with tar. Kinda like your lungs. But it's you're god-given right, so lite up! lol

I'm 28 and if anyone feels the need to start a "flame thread" because I have liquor and power strips, they have issues far greater than my own.

I just posted some pics of my messy/geeky setup, it never occurred to me that someone would become angry over that.

A drunk monkey could design a better setup then that. That is just ridiculous.

At least pick up some of the trash off the floor before taking pictures to post online?

My 2cents...... I don't understand why everyone is getting so angry. Renegade631 posted pictures of his "Communications Center" for everyone to see and at the same time he wanted to receive honest feedback from the RR community. I feel everyone on RR is being honest. This phrase sums up everything... "What you see is what you get"

Smoke....

And the hazy pictures, ? smooooke. Seems like a death wish, smoking, booze, Advil [the kidney killer], over stressed electrical outlets. I wouldn't have posted these pics.. I wonder what it smells like?
I'm not sure if that "smoke" is "in" the room or his camera lens just needed a good bath, much like that room does....Oh, wait. Can't get any of the wiring "wet" by cleaning though, can we??????
