Probably not based on mainetrunks info. He said they used "10-5, which we know in NH means 10-4" or something like that. That is a telltale indicator that Maine's MSCommNet is not what they're hearing because Maine is, well, Maine.

New Hampshire set up their own 10-Codes a few decades ago (60's, 70's maybe) and decided on 10-5 to mean message received. Since most everywhere else uses 10-4 to mean message received, it creates a strong indicator whether it is a NH station or out of state.

Now for 159.1725, try 159.165 and 159.180 and possible sources as well. I don't know of that frequency in use for surveillance, SWAT or undercover ops.

I just heard it again, someone said something, and the dispatcher said " 10-5 ", got a nac of 370 this time
