N H.P. Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson)

Hello everyone, I just have a "simple" question.

Has anyone ever heard N.H.P. Northern (Reno, Carson) on the P25ll?

If anyone is familiar and monitoring the NSRS they would know that N.H.P. can be monitored on the "conventional" broadcast.
I've only had luck hearing R.P.D. full time on the Washoe simulcast (P25ll) and occasionally for a very brief time Sparks P.D. Washoe County sheriff's also R.F.D. but NEVER N.H.P.
I'm just asking if someone is monitoring N.H.P. then perhaps I've programed incorrectly.
Oh yeah. I forgot to mention. I'm utilizing the SDS100.

I have the P25 NSRS loaded up in the scanner but haven’t heard anything on it lately here in Vegas. This is a slowly developing project.

Okay, yeah I figured. It's been going on for several years now. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard N.H.P. on P25 . Thanks mech!
Quick question. Are you north or south Nevada?
