I tried that site put the frequency in no luck. I pick up troop A and B with no problems. I don't know what I could be doing wrong

Your location may preclude you from hearing them. It becomes critical w/P25 where you are for reception; especially if hills get in the way. Troop-A for me is tough in Concord.

156.210 is the correct frequency as of this morning for Hq/Troop-D.

That may be the problem because troop A&B work just fine. Maybe I will take a ride up to Concord to listen for myself at least I will know I have it in scanner. Thanks for answering.

Im in Manch and having the same issue too, used to picked them up loud and clear in P-25. Wonder if they changed somthing like the transmitting tower location or power output or maybe the antenna to be more directional vs. omni-directional type.

You may be right. All of NHSP except Troop-F (Kindof) are multi-site simulcast. Without anyone knowing (except NHSP I assume), a site may have gone down or developed an issue. So in Manchester, it's become poor, while here in Concord, I get them fine. The pro's and con's of listening to a simulcast system.

Thanks John......and just to add I put my 197 in analog mode and their digital signal barely breaks squelch. Makes me think they would have the same problem if say a TRP A or B cruiser switched over on TRP D, interesting. Could be unrelated but I remember a while back the Manch TRS had to reduce power output due to interference with another TRS because they shared one of the frequencies.Or maybe they want the best bang for their buck regarding their assigned coverage area--- Concord north and the I-89 corridor and terain.
