From what I remember, Nacogdoches and SFA have been on the LCRA system for a while. I guess that is what they described as "a system owned by the city." A talk group is listed for the SO on the LCRA system. I think the spotty coverage in the county is due to only one tower in the county for LCRA? I also noticed on Nacco County page in the database it says that the county and VFDs have used TXWARN since 2023. I haven't been in that area in a few years, so I don't know how much has changed.

I haven’t been through there in years either, may be in the coming months, but I remember that TG 20000 was showing up as an affiliation back in 2023 when I was picking up the Livingston site so I don’t doubt they are active on TXWARN. If I remember correctly, the LCRA TG they used was patched with the VHF system. The article says 4 new towers surrounding the existing Nac tower will be constructed so if we do a little County Commissioners Court digging I bet we verify it’s TxWARN through the DETCOG plan.
