Nagoya UT-72 Antenna does not pick up NOAA

Good morning, I am a newbie as of Christmas and have 2 Baofeng 5RM handhelds with the rubber duckie antennas. They pick up GRMS, FRS, NOAA and more just fine. When I use the Nagoya UT-72 Mag mount antenna for car, it is not picking up NOAA, but gets GMRS, FRS, etc. I replace with the rubber duckie and NOAA comes in. The UT-72 Dual Band has Frequency range of 136-174/400-520, so NOAA should not be a problem receiving. Any thoughts?
