Naples Airport Frequencies on Unication G5

Sorry if this question has already been answered somewhere else but here it is. So I programed the Collier County Control South frequency into my G5s. Now I keep hearing Naples Airport on that frequency/channel. I pulled the info from the Radio Reference database right into Unication PPS. I see that Naples airport uses P25 but I feel like something isn't right here. Does anyone have any insight into this?

The Naples Airport Authority uses P25 Phase II sytem and has a talkgroup that repeats the VHF airband traffic.

Did you program it as trunked system.

You need to enter the information, plus lthe talkgroups for it to work. Looks like the system is a Harris System so need to enter all frequencies with anyone being able to be the control Chanel.

Reviewing this system on the site it looks to be in state of change based on the text below the information I linked below. You may want to try to enter the WACN and system ID as wild cards, as they could have changed.

Best with just being a premium subscriber to this site to just import from this site. You will still make sure the system and talkgroups are on whatever knob position you want it on.

You need to watch the pager and figure out the offending TG and remove it if you don't want to hear it. If that TG is not programmed in check if your programming is TG-Monitor (which will scan all talkgroups active on the system) or TG-SCAN (which only monitors TGs programmed in).

As I stated above any frequency can be the control channel, so need to enter all. See below they are all red as possible control channels.

That is correct but he does NOT need to program every site. The Naples Simulcast Site carries the majority, if not all, of the radio traffic in Collier
