Thanks, so they coordinate all radio users, not just the racing teams?

Yup, all safety people, every official, and all non team personnel have a specific trbo radio serial number (or 2) assigned for each weekend; however, the officials use the same frequencies each week. I believe that the track handles their own security/fan safety radios but RR handles everything that deals with the cars/on track or the safety of them.
