Nassau County Police and the Whistler 1080

Hi:

Is it possible to receive the Nassau County Police Department in New York in the Whistler 1080?
if yes, can you use the software or manually enter it?
Do you think they will drop the encryption?

Does it matter if you can receive NCPD? It is encrypted and unless the county is sued and loses, they will not be dropping encryption.

Nassau actually has a number of better arguments than other jurisdictions for not being encrypted.
