Violates FCC rules?

I was under the impression that relaying these transmissions over broadcast channels was a violation of the Communications Act of 1934.

I could be wrong, but I think he was referring to the use of the transmissions by NBC, not the site streaming them. To be honest, it makes no difference to us, that is a problem (if it exists) NBC would have to deal with.

They are required by law to log all of their radio traffic and usually record all of it.
