So I have noticed that I don't hear traffic stops with location and plate info. Do they just not broadcast them over the air?

@saruhboop FYI for the next time you come though. I monitor the Murphy site over here in Hayesville NC and I hear troopers requesting 10-27's, 28's & 29's everyday. I hear traffic from troopers west of Asheville NC.

I also hear on occasion:
Eastern Band Cherokee Indians EBCI Talkgroups
Cherokee County Talkgroups
Wildlife Resource Talkgroups
Macon County Talkgroups

Late information but maybe you can use in the future.

i separated each site by county then on a corresponding favorite list. 0 is statewide stuff like ncshp or events etc 1 is my local sites here 2 is extended local then the rest are in alphabetical order. lots of work but it gives me control like i want

Newton has 4 primary console positions & 2 backups that are used for call taking & dispatcher break relief.
Talkgroups for G1 (Mitchell Avery Madison & Yancy), G2 (McDowell, Rutherford & Polk) & G3 (Transylvania, Henderson) are permanently patched.
G4 (Buncombe), G5 (Haywood, Jackson) & G6 (Cherokee, Graham, Macon, Clay & Swain) are permanently patched.
