Need help connecting Wires-X

I am trying to setup Wires-x and have an FTM-200D. The problem is with the UDP Ports. I am using a Windows 11 machine. My internet is ATT fiber. The Node Control opens the others do not. I have gone into my Router and in the Gaming / NAT section and setup each UDP port individually. I have tried UDP and TCP/UDP and neither of them have done the trick. I am running EST security and have checked the firewall settings, and it doesn't seem to be blocking my computer. It indicated that communication both in and out are not blocked from my computer. My computer is an ASUS TUF F17. I would appreciate any suggestions or fixes. This has me stumped. Thank you in advance.

I had the same issue. Turns out that you need a fixed IP for the WAN router from the ISP. I use RightFiber/Ritter and call and requested a fixed IP from them. Costs me $5.00 extra a month, but now everything works on HRI-200 Wires-X.
