PSR500/PSR600: Need help for programming

Hi I am looking for someone who can help me program my scanner in Toronto , i don't know anything about scanner and just need it for work , I used to have a guy helping me out but can't find him anymore ,I did ask radio world but they don't do this model , so please someone help me and will pay for your time . Thank you for the reply , I will need Toronto fire east and north , metro ambulance NE , York region ambulance South , baselly this is everything I need in the scanner . I am not sure if this scanner can receive TTC , if yes then want the ttc as well
