After listening this morning from 1100-1300 UTC, I came across the following frequencies that I could not positively identify:

7490 KHz: "Power Hour". Possibly WRMI, though that frequency isn't mentioned. First observed at 1211.
9350 KHz: Japanese language station. Observed at 1216.
9390 KHz: English language station, possibly BBC or China Radio International. Observed at 1217.
9465 KHz: English language station, possibly BBC or China Radio International. Observed at 1219.
9705 KHz: Possibly Radio Vanuatu, in English discussing issues and events local to the country. Observed first at 1138 and then again at 1226.
9805 KHz: Possibly 9810 KHz, signal was very strong and appeared to bleed over to both frequencies. Identified as Radio Marti, although I couldn't find mention of them being on that frequency anywhere. First observed at 1141.
11625 KHz: Unknown station, couldn't identify the language. Observed at 1148.
11670 KHz: Unknown station, unknown language. Observed at 1235.
11785 KHz: Unknown station. Observed at 1238.
11920 KHz: Unknown station. Observed at 1241.
13580 KHz: Unknown Asian language station. Observed at 1244.

9705- not Vanuatu. They're on 3945 // 7890 (2nd harmonic) and their third harmonic on 25 meters...

Did you check the SWSkeds spreadsheet to see what you might have? Mike

I'm not a member of the SWSkeds group, but I did check the ShortwaveDB website. I didn't hear the station on any other frequency, and it came in VERY clear with no distortion.
I had this same sort of "mystery station" issue when I last listened on March 28. Back then, I also encountered another issue with some stations beginning broadcasts an hour or so earlier than scheduled. Coincidentally, I also noted Radio Marti at 9805 or 9810.
