Need Help Setting up Trunking on scanner

I have a Uniden BCT8 and would like to add the westchester trunking system as seen here http://www.radioreference.com/module...me=RR&sid=1744

i have tried to follow the directions in the book but have not been able to pick up anything. if someone could give me a DETAILED description on how they got it to work that would be very helpful.
if anyone could do take pics of the screen as they enter it into the scanner that would be VERY VERY helpful.
