Need help to identify some TG

Last night I logged some Niagara and Hamilton activity. The DB is pretty weak on some of the users. Here is the DSD group log for the two systems. Any help in naming the unknowns would be appreciated.

Everything almost except maybe 1 or 2 talkgroups on Hamilton are enc. So the chance of figuring out who is who and what is going to be next to impossible. As far as I know the 400 tg's are Police with the updated enc where the 500 are with the older enc. 1000 tg's are all fire. 1500 tg's are the city municipal stuff. the 2500's are everything else. I am not sure what the 1100 tg's are tho. The only non enc tg's are 5 used by city flagmen and 2502 hamilton community energy.

Thanks Matt. Figuring out encrypted users is the fun part. Do we know what the 501, 2 were before they moved to the 400s? I am assuming they did a direct change IE 501 became 401. If so I can tag the 501 as "Used by Division 1" etc.

On the Niagara system, 5232 is the West Niagara dispatch. The 53xx's are new though. I could probably see about logging them for a few days as I receive it from where I am.

I am not 100% sure.. but as far as I knew/told.. 501/401 is Central, 502/402 is East, 503/403 is Mountain.. I believe too that 544 is Court Services and was up to recently still being very much used.

5307 and 5313 both came through as encrypted voice. Didn't get radio ID's since this was on my Trunk Recorder instance and it seems to halt things once it gets encryption, don't see it on the logs either.
