need help with channel code definition

I just finished programming my scanner with local law enforcement channels on a phase 2 system and noticed that some of the frequencies are labeled "30MO SY". Can anyone tell me what that means? The channels that have this label are in the 799-803 MHz range.

SY = Trunked 700 MHz Public Safety

MO = Mobile station (with number of mobiles licensed)

799 to 805 MHz is used for the inputs to a trunked or conventional repeater. You should just ignore these when programming a trunking scanner and stick to the repeater outputs (769-775 MHz)

The 30 is probably not the number of mobiles as this is would be awfully small for a trunked system. I suspect it's licensed transmit power/ERP in watts.
