@K9KLC let me know if the video was ok.
I saw nothing in the video that helped me... Do any of those radios talk to each other and maybe stop keying them up inches apart....those front ends may not like that much that close. I'd like to think they're not powerful enough to really do any damage but front end overload is a real thing.

Yes, all of them work except for the purple and the red one and I have tried to separate them more than an inch an inch apart.

The Amazon page you linked to is a mess. It shows 4 radios, but in the details it says "2 radios". The description says it's a VHF radio, but it's not, its FRS.

Wether it's 2 radios in the box or 4, I'd consider your options.
These are not high tier radios.
These are not repairable radios.
They do break.
Customer reviews on Amazon are low.

There are better FRS radios out there that will work with these. I'd put about 10 minutes into trying to make these work, then I'd pull the batteries and toss the radios in the trash. Save your sanity and your time. There are much better FRS radios on the market that are from known/reliable brands that will let you exchange them if broken.

I agree with @mmckenna above. There are better radios to use that will likely work out of the box no problem. I think it's time to accept they're defective and move forward. No, not worth fixing.

Based on your video, I would say that the purple and red one are toast.
As a consolation, everyone's favorite internet auction site has plenty of FRS radio listings from more reputable brands.

The CTCSS privacy code can not communicate with the DCS privacy code,
for example (07,CTCSS 11) can only talk to (07,CTCSS 11), not (07,DCS 11)
ok, after finding and reading the manual 0f does mean PL/DPL is off. so you are good there.
and they are GMRS UHF radios.
it does say the output is 2.0 watts, so you really, really, want to keep them apart a bit more.
