That may be your best bet to actually find someone local to you. While a number of other members, including myself, could create a programming file for you, most, including me, would not be familiar enough with your specific area to have a good idea of what you could, or could not, hear.

Kevin where are you located at?? trying to read thru this stuff on the free scan and i have NO idea how to or even where to start. Would you be able to program the scanner for me?

Does anyone know the frequency that HCESD 48 is using? Are they on Harris or Houston project?
I see a couple of talkgroups for them on Texas Wide Area Radio Network (TxWARN) (P25) Trunking System, Various, Texas - Scanner Frequencies
Look under the header for Harris County Volunteer Fire/EMS Talkgroups. Someone in the Houston metro area may have additional information.
