the saga continues...
So I contacted AOR Japan and was told they could not receive, repair, or return a unit like mine to the US due to customs regulations.
So how do all the dealers do it? I have never had a problem buying from Javiation, I just can't get them to answer my emails about service. It would be most unfortunate to have to buy another radio, especially because I don't think this one is ready for retirement. Any thoughts out there?
