ok I have a GRE PSR 600 and I tried to update it from GRE America Inc. it let me update the CPU utility to 2.1 but when I try to update the DSP Firmware to version 1.4 I keep get a Erro message

Do you get to the point in the DSP updater program where you test the COM port? Does it pass the test?
