Instead of making demands, why not be proactive with your project? Begin by copying down 10 codes that you hear and start talking about them here in a thread. You also might try and match 10 codes to what the TPD dispatch page says ..

the list looks pretty accurate, I know 10-65(stolen) isn't on there as in "COS for a 10-65 Vehicle" and 10-85 (mentally ill person)
