New Atlanta ARTCC Frequency?

I recently bought an SDRPlay RSPdx and in playing around with the scanner function in SDRuno. I scanned the Airband and it saved the frequency 134.200. I listened for a while and heard flights that had departed Hartsfield-Jackson talking to Atlanta. I looked at the Hartsfield and Atlanta ARTCC databases, but could not find this particular frequency. Do new frequencies pop up once in a while?
