new bridge towers flip tug

This is unbelivable--glad I wasnt driving.. I cant find it again-but a tug flips over enroute upstream, tug loses bow line,barge drags rear of of tug around. In the proccess, it pulls the tug completely over. 20 seconds of PURE terror.
