New Control Frequency - No SysID

I recently located two motorola control frequencies in my area. As with my other local control frequencies, it shows "M36:----", but no system ID(????). I am showing 99% on signal reception, but still no system ID. Is this a new system getting ready to come on line? Thanks

It's probably an older Type I system. The Pro96 has trouble picking up the SysID on these systems.
