I'm still a rookie here so I don't know what to make of it. I'll be listening for activity. I did have a few of them marked generically as "Luzerne County" already in my private database but I don't think I've heard anything on them yet. I'll add them into my research banks to keep an eye on them.

Just curious...where did you find these?

Looks like they are from the FCC database. I'm guessing they are looking to switch to a new radio system sometime soon.

I'm working on some private freq's that appear to send data and/or are digital. When I look them up in the FCC DB, the emmision codes end in "D". I thought that might mean digital until I saw this post. Can you help us all understand the meaning of the various emission codes, but particularly how you know they are digital.

151.2800 PL 203.5 This appears to be a NEW simulcast repeater of the Mobile Units on LCFA. The BASE is not being repeated. I reported this on the 21`st as the 1st day of operation. LCFA has had some bleed over problems, so one could imagine this is a solution...just not sure what the FINAL solution is.
The are still using 155.0250 as the input.

I too have heard reports of "bleed over" but I have yet to hear a problem.
