I should also, also mention that I may be referring to fleet maps in a way that causes confusion. There is a fleet map for the entire EBRCS system, that determines display names and TG ID numbers. This is what I base my channel naming conventions on because it is system wide and determined by the EBRCS JPA. This is where "CON DSP E" comes from and is consistent system wide.

There is also a channel guide for the agencies dispatched by CON FIRE, that's the multi color chart someone showed above, and they also refer to that as a fleet map. That one is not determined by EBRCS, but is determined by a consensus among the agencies. That is the one that includes many VHF, UHF, 700 and 800 conventional channels. This is where "Charlie 1", Alpha/Echo 6" and the like come from. In this "fleet map" is where channels can be listed numerous times with different channel desiginators, but the display name is always the same.

Hopefully I'm not making this even more confusing.

If anyone has a copy of this (even an old one) and is willing to share it either publicly or privately, please do. I like programming my scanners with the actual talk group aliases that are actually programmed on the system when known.

Found a couple more:

6063 - Charlie 13 (formerly P3/ICS 3)
6067 - Echo 13 (formerly P7/ICS 7)

It seems like the I (training) and P (ICS) zones have been eliminated, and those TGIDs have been reallocated to expand the B/C/E zones by a few talkgroups, and add a new "Delta" zone.

Unfortunately I can't share the EBRCS system fleet map. If I did I'd never get another one.

I share the bits that are not sensitive.

As a bit of a mea culpa, the sleuths turned out to be correct on the Delta channels. In the 2024 Con Fire load, the Delta channels were created for LRA (Local Response Area) vegetation fires. Delta zone is no longer configured with the VHF channels like it used to be.
