I should also, also mention that I may be referring to fleet maps in a way that causes confusion. There is a fleet map for the entire EBRCS system, that determines display names and TG ID numbers. This is what I base my channel naming conventions on because it is system wide and determined by the EBRCS JPA. This is where "CON DSP E" comes from and is consistent system wide.
There is also a channel guide for the agencies dispatched by CON FIRE, that's the multi color chart someone showed above, and they also refer to that as a fleet map. That one is not determined by EBRCS, but is determined by a consensus among the agencies. That is the one that includes many VHF, UHF, 700 and 800 conventional channels. This is where "Charlie 1", Alpha/Echo 6" and the like come from. In this "fleet map" is where channels can be listed numerous times with different channel desiginators, but the display name is always the same.
