1. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, especially when setting your shack. Of course, it's your shack, which you won't make a mistake.
2. Always ask the questions, even when you already think know the answer too. Most of the time, this way you can confirm and make corrections when needed.
3. Try to learn from others while passing your knowledge to someone else.
