The only change in this firmware version is:

• Fixed a bug in response to the CI-V command 1A00 (Read memory channel contents) that caused incorrect values to be output when TS (Tuning step) was set to 12.5 kHz.

The new firmware works perfectly. With ICOM it is a pleasure to install firmware in less than a minute. Which is far from being the case for Yaesu for example. For owners of R8600, I strongly recommend the purchase CS-R8600 software which allows you to do absolutely everything that is possible on this receiver and which is a real plus due to its flexibility of use.
My IC-R8600 serves as a reference for frequency classification by groups thanks to the ease and speed of frequency management with the software
