I wonder how well it works having both Sam Houston repeaters on the same input/output and PL tone?

The tones I list are only output tones. Somewhere in the back of my mind I remember that Radio Reference has a policy of not including input tones in the database so I didn't include them. The Sam Houston east and west nets have different input tones, but chose to have the same output, I don't know why.
